- Coordinate Powertrain development projects across all involved functions (internal and external) - Identify and manage Critical Path activities, project monitoring, project documentation and reporting - Manage Information & Communication flow between global cross functional team

- Define requirements by assessing demand through analysis of working processes - Create and elaborate a SharePoint concept, implement it technically and launch

Optimize direct material cost for chassis car parts and systems of serial production Generate cost reduction proposals (via critical analysis of current product design) Analyze cost reduction opportunities in respect to technical feasibility and financial rentability Implement profitable cost reduction projects in the mass-production vehicle End-to-end project management as interface among internal departments and external suppliers, with responsibility for project deadlines, budget and outcome.
