Main responsibilities: * Hiring for IS Delivery Center, IT and SAP International Recruitment * organizational structure in SAP for HR * cooperation with Personal Agencies and Headhunters * administration of benefits, rewards & recognition program * international recruitment within Kraft Foods, coordination of external & internal recruitment * company representation activities (Job Fairs, Universities) * Project Management of an assigned IT Recruitment project (media planning, marketing planning)

Main responsibilities: * New hires and employees administration agenda * Managing internal HR systems and communication with employees * Managing Benefits agenda (communication with Benefit providers, data input, ROB) * PO preparation, budgeting and forecasting of costs * Comunication with Personnel Agencies * Preparation of new approach to policies based on new global HR strategy * Communication with Payroll provider on a regular basis, Payroll Data Input * Internal communication to employees
