- Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates for job openings - Source and screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates for open positions - Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, qualifications, and fit for the job and company culture - Manage and maintain candidate information and communications throughout the recruitment process
