• Founded a non-profit, which provided 7,000 mothers in Laos with birthing supplies and trained 700 nurses. • Responsible for the coordinated management of multiple related projects directed toward the goal of improving mortality rates in a province of Laos. • Ensured clear and sustained communication: via 
email, Annual Reports, quarterly newsletters, and online content. • Organized trainings: wrote trainings materials, developed budgets, arranged travel and logistics, problem-solved on the ground.

Designed a prenatal yoga curriculum and trained local midwives in Uganda to teach the curriculum to expecting mothers. Taught daily yoga classes to Burmese trauma survivors of all ages and abilities, including amputees in Mae Tao Clinic, Mae Sot, Thailand. Conducted yoga trainings for Burmese trauma counselors and staff at Mae Tao Clinic and Mae La Refugee Camp, Thailand.
