• Set up footprint governance and facilitating stakeholders coordination with the outcome go / no go decision for new or substitute locations. • Responsible for reporting performance related KPIs, strategy deployment & root cause analysis. • Conducting complex cross functional data analytics to create & analyze different warehouse, inventory optimization scenarios. • Active, cautious change management within Global and Regional organization to secure buy in from key Stakeholders along the organization.

• Responsible for monthly group reporting, budgeting and forecasting activities with focus on warehouse operations, freight & carrier and customer service. • Monitoring operational projects and processes and assess their financial impact.

• Logistics performance management, encompassing service-related metrics as order-data management, inventory control and production capacity. • Logistics efficiency: Minimizing last-mile delivery costs per order, establishing customer-specific delivery frequency thresholds based on region. • Assist the Business Intelligence team in creating and updating Tableau reports related to the supply chain. • Conduct deep dive analysis of supply chain related problems and draw conclusions as well as recommendations.

• Responsible for inbound part quality control, investigation of customer claims, report findings and define root causes, process returns. • Monitoring carrier performance as per contractual Ops/ quality SLA. Analyze and execute timely deliveries and quality of services with outbound transportation companies. • Manage collection, reporting & feedback regarding order processing using SAP, MS office tools.

• Define and deploy optimized warehousing processes in line with local distribution requirements. • Execution of audits in accordance with the requirement of quality and operational wins. • Provide management with project status updates, feedback and appropriate reporting on key process focused objective. • Yearly investment & expense planning, budget tracking and controlling, supplier evaluation including solicitation of offers & carrying out cost analysis.
