Responsible for the applications and infrastructure landscape for Sony DADC International. • Geographic coverage – Europe, Asia & Australia. • Application landscape of over 100 applications. • Data centres in Europe and Australia • IT team 100+ people located in various geographic locations across Europe. • Responsible for double digit million euro budget • Streamlined IT operational landscape bringing significant operational cost savings.

Responsible for supply chain IT systems, applications and teams, spanning Europe and Asia-Pacific. • Provide technical expertise, process engineering and management for customer projects, as well as program management across multiple IT projects. • Drive, manage and exceed client SLA’s and KPI’s – individually and for responsible teams. • Act as a central point of contact, pan-European, as well as system and solution advisor for key business stakeholders and customers.

Overall management of the manufacturing, finance, HR & distribution systems providing supply chain solutions globally for blue chip entertainment & media companies. * Manage and motivate multiple IT teams across Europe and globally. Directly responsible for a team of 20 HC. * Setup and execution of Sony DADC off-shore IT team and strategy in India (currently now 20+ headcount and manages supply chain system operations). * Program management across multiple IT projects.
