Aligning the main challenges of customers (CAPEX and Opex) to the applicable technological solutions, using the concepts of automation / digitalization / industry 4.0. Visits and meetings with final customers, support on proposals, scope management, and project delivery strategy.

Main activity with a product line of Online Analyzers and Advanced Process Control; providing customer service with installations, start-ups, trainings, maintenance, technical and process support. Constant interaction with the product / project development sectors and constant study of the company's technologies. Support for prospecting new business in CAPEX and OPEX. Support for new business prospects, job savings and project delivery strategy.

Developments and project configuration of PLC for automation of industrial processes (focus on mining and steel plants), followed by testing platform, Start-up, commissioning activities and technology transfer. Development of manuals and training sessions with clients.

Product Sector Engineering – Preparation of technical documentation. Research and development of materials, assessing the viability of nationalization of products. Support for activities performed in the laboratory, studies in the area of lighting, and use of software used in this sector.

Sector Quality – Receive, process and final inspections. Evaluation of samples and suppliers. Evaluation of defects encountered by customers.

Internship with Electrical Projects. Main Activities: Analysis, implementation, fixing electrical residential, commercial and industrial designs, using Auto-cad software.
