• Elaborating, designing and executing the whole Research and project strategy related to: o Identifying and mapping target companies, o Identifying potential candidates by telephone screenings, o Competence based interviews & behavioral test administration, o Defining, elaborating, reporting and handling the candidates short list to clients and, o Following up on the integration of the selected candidate in our customers.

As a member of the Learning and development team, my responsibilities include: • Supporting all areas Corporate and Retail Banking, GB&M in terms of L&D activities. • Develop induction programs, individual learning plans, training materials for inhouse courses, negotiate with external suppliers and coordinate and follow up on training courses.
