Coaching the Freiburg Leadership Team in the areas of Strategy Development, Deployment and Leader Standard Work. Building the Platform (Boards,Meetings, daily Management) for IMEx (integrated Manufacturing Excellence) in Leadership as a Pilot Site in the Network. Working on Leadership Level Tier 1-4, creating Tools to improve the communication, decisions and Connections.

Leadership role with responsibility for 11 employees as well as climatic chambers and the stability Studies for All products packaged in Pfizer Freiburg.

Responsible to implement Integrated Manufacturing Excellence (IMEx) in 2 pilot Areas(Manufacturing and Lab) in Pfizer Newbridge solid oral dosage Production site in ireland. Coaching of the IMEX Site Champion, Implementation leads and site leadership Team to develop the capability to role out IMEx in all Areas After the pilot. Working with the global IMEx Team to develop the Standard deployment Model and give Feedback from the development point of view.
