    Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center

    Worked to identify and resolve issues relating to a project for synthesis of a genome wide human siRNA library. Identified major problem as primarily a design flaw of the siRNA sequences where the siRNAs had not been designed with consideration of possible secondary structures and issues with Gibb's free energy. Problem was solved to a very high degree by adapting the hybridization protocol. Direct report to Professor James E. Rothman, winner of the Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine 2013.
