The focus of the role has been on enabling and driving change, including establishing a shared vision for the organization, implementing a communications strategy, managing structural, cultural and process change with the HQ as well as country organizations while at the same time maintaining the focus on business results.

Management of Microsoft´s $1B Small and Medium Business for Western Europe, representing the 2nd biggest revenue contribution worldwide. Distribution and Reseller Management and Channel development, driving subsidiary business sales & execution across 14 countries. Consistent business growth of 25% YoY. Consolidation and streamlining of the distribution landscape, design and implementation of partner readiness and incentive programs, increasing profitability and activating 25000 breadth partners in WE.
