I worked as a Recruitment Consultant within the Government division of Randstad specialising in the supply of technical personnel to NSW State Government and Federal Agencies. With a specific focus on Project Management, Business Analysis, Application Development, Testing and Infrastructure Services skill sets.

My role as HR Manager for BIT Group, an ICT Start up Company, was to provide HR Leadership, advice and solutions to all levels of management and to create and implement people management strategies which supported the vision and direction of the organisation.
