• Work with senior leadership to define the vision, strategy and roadmap for the RIS product • Manage and drive the RIS product requirements, documentation and user experience • Coordinate with multiple stakeholders from inside the organization to align on business strategy and market opportunities • Work in Agile environment as part of Scrum Teams • Specify features and write clear user stories in collaboration with tech leads to define and prioritize implementation blocks for engineering

• Assist in the development of and help with the designing of the Radiology Information Systems (RIS) • Gather and deeply understand customer requirements such as new features, regulatory changes, or desired customer or workflow outcomes, and to help product management with the prioritization of these developments • Own the planning and drive the implementation of features/solutions/outcomes with the local R&D departments

- Technical support for RIS Application - Analysis of escalated issues concerning application configuration, installation and system integration - Implementation of solutions for customer issues - Detailed record of defects in the Defect Management System - Preparations and execution of Trainings for GE teams and Demo systems for trainings and fairs (RSNA in USA) - Installation, configuration of customer systems and support during Go-Live or Post-Update phase - System verification and testing

- Management of EMR Projects - Development of integrations between healthcare systems using HL7 Standard ADT, MPI, CPOE, MDM - Software customizations - Clinical data repository monitoring (software and database) - Software installation and testing - Software configuration to manage orders across clinical departments (laboratory, radiology). - End users training (classes and on the job), go-live support - Development and maintenance of customer relationships - Customer service for EMR products
