Led UX and accessibility initiatives for B2B and B2C digital projects. At Quinto Elemento, built the UX function from scratch, driving CX, CRO, and accessibility, and delivering UX training. At Sisal, managed the full redesign of the Casino app, ran design sprints, specs in JIRA, and accessibility audits to meet WCAG 2.1, ensuring a seamless, validated user experience through continuous testing.

Led user research activities, identifying user needs and translating findings into design strategies. Implemented Scrum methodologies, ensuring iterative validation through user testing and qualitative analysis. Conducted accessibility audits to ensure compliance with WCAG standards.

Conception, design and planning of MailUp features; definition and communication of UX and accessibility strategies. Direct interface with stakeholders, delivering wireframes, mock-ups, flows, specs, prototypes and user testing to redesign the experience.
