In charge of a team of 20 engineers and technicians specialized in multi-disciplinary Engineering and Project Management in an international context: • Define and monitor Key Performance Indicator for the department • Support Project Managers and animate monthly project reviews • Prepare monthly reporting to General Management • Support Chinese’ subsidiary development for technical and organizational issues. • Participate in ERP implementation (IFS Application) as Project Management Expert

• Management of a team (12 members, Project Managers, Documentation Controllers) 30 million euro portfolio. • Management and monitoring of the department activity: Resources allocation, Projects Reviews, KPI monitoring. • Structuration and implementation of the project management approach within the company. • Coaching in Project Management (planning, reporting, risk analysis). • Leader of cross-functional workgroups to build up project management best practices.
