• Driving the sales strategy, with focus on sales management (build sales team) and business development: retaining, reactivating and prospecting retailers, MRO specialists, home centers and e-commerce dealers.

Managing sales and marketing departments, including responsibility for: customer service, call center, national sales, advertising, trade marketing and digital media.

Responsible for business development for Klein Tools @ South American Market, including Brazilian distribution setup. Managing, retaining e nominating: sales agents, sales rep and independent importers for the region.

Managing the Tools Division of Leica Geosystems for South American market. Responsible for the market development, dealers management and strategy for construction and finishing products/solutions.

Working on the sales department, responsible for key accounts distributors, mainly: supermarkets, department stores, home centers, MRO, construction and power tools retailers. Experience selling DIY and professional tools (power and battery), measuring, alignment and also its accessories.
