During this two weeks event I was given the task to ensure flawless execution of this thoroughly planned international event. As office support and general assistant to the BMW group from Munich, my job included stock taking, sorting stock according to the different countries, preparations for evening evens and dinners, sorting and distribution of player gift bags, client services and more. Like their slogan I am 'Driven by Passion'

As a Marketing intern I worked at various departments. My main responsibilities where the marketing of the Hotel and the Spa. I developed the idea of having a fundraiser for a Non-profit organisation, which the manager approved. I also did a monthly promotion of the Spa, among other thing. Other responsibilities included being a receptionist, filling of the invoices, I was a waitress a few times, helped at the bar and I assisted in room service.
