- assist the team in all HR related projects - actively support the recruitment process (from CV screening to onboarding activities) - actively participate in lifecycle activities (sick leave process, training process, exit process...) - manage HR related invoices - perform compliance related controls on a monthly basis - supervising diploma exams for client advisors - treat sensitive documents with professionalism and discretion, minimizing risk of data breaches

- Providing day-to-day HR support - Deal with customer´s enquiries and ensure that enquiries are logged in the system and dealt with in a professional and timely manner - Seek customer feedback and use it to improve the service offering - Manage HR documentation (issue employment certifications, reference letters,..) - Ensure high quality standards of HR processes - HR Administration: data entry, reporting and tracking, create and maintain personnel files according to laws and internal regulations

Ich unterstütze die gewerblichen Mitarbeiter in ihrem Tagesgeschäft

Als Rezeptionistin war ich für das Ein-und Auschecken der Gäste verantwortlich. Ich zeigte ihnen ihre Zimmer und war bei Fragen für sie da. Das Hostel befand sich in Santiago de Chile, die Gäste kamen jedoch aus der ganzen Welt, wodurch ich meine sprachlichen und interkulturellen Kompetenzen unter Beweis stellte.

Ich war vor allem für die Vorbereitung und das Abräumen der Mahlzeiten zuständig, da ich nicht das fachliche Wissen besitze, die Bewohner des Seniorenheimes zu pflegen. Ich kümmerte mich somit um ihre Mahlzeiten, ging mit ihnen spazieren und spielte mit ihnen.

Ich bearbeitete Aufträge mit meiner Chefin Eva Zaoui und war einmal auch Gast einer Gerichtsverhandlung und konnte sehen, wie Dolmetscher vor Gericht eingesetzt werden.

Ich belege den dreisprachigen Studiengang "Internationale Betriebswirtschaftslehre" mit dem Fokus Frankophone Welt. Meine Vertiefungsrichtung belege ich in dem Bereich "International Organization and Human Resources"
