Responsible for Finance, Accounting and IT dept. at Kodak Express Retail Chain in Czech Republic, Slovakia and Poland. Leading restructuring project - cost optimalization, ROI analysis, store performance analysis, acquisition of stores in Poland.

Managing finance & accounting, human resource and logistics departments in wholesale company. Responsible for budgeting, reporting to mother company, cash flow and financing, cost optimalization. Leading merge of three companies into one subject - primarly responsible for legal, financial, tax and internal change part of the project.

Responsible for finance & accounting agenda in five of Electrolux divisions in Czech & Slovak Republic - Husqvarna Forest & Garden, Partner, Jonsered, Husqvarna Sewing Machines, Flymo.
