Directed quality operations having responsibility over customer, product, manufacturing and supplier quality (PPAP, APQP, SPC). Lead Lean & Six Sigma programs. Post-acquisiton integration leader.

P&L responsibility for the engine overhaul and manufacturing line. Including responsibility on sales, purchasing, production, planning and Lean projects.

Lead product, resource and material management in operations (MRP). P&L responsibility.

Headed operations for EMEA securing bottom line results for three product lines including sales and aftermarket.

Organisational behaviour, finance for non-finance managers, business planning & analytics and operations & technology management.

Production and operation's management on a manufacturing environment. Maintenance techniques and product life cycle management.
