Leader for multi-Disciplinary teams that study new vehicles structure and requirements in order to: - Design/Modify production assembly processes. - Design/Manufacture/Quality Certification for new equipment. - Make cost estimation, budget plan creation and investment follow-up. - Make overall project schedule, milestone management and evaluation, with each activity follow-up.

Worked on a task team that was in charge of: - Study and evaluate new vehicle designs, in order to asses their "assembly-ability". - Study and evaluate all assembly processes from south-east asian Toyota factories, in order to asses their capability to assembly new vehicles. - Negotiate toghether with designers and production members, to assure the most reliable countermeasure for vehicle assembly problems.

Worked toghether with six different south east asian countries in order to: - Create and follow up General Project Schedule and its main Milestones evaluation, - Investment plan and budget, equipment preparation schedule and fabrication follow up until shipping stage. - Give technical support for assembly process and equipment impact due to new vehicle and products.

Worked on two assembly lines (TRIM and FINAL ASSEMBLY lines), mostly took part on: - Line Productivity, Quality, Safety and Cost Imprvement activities. (Achieved vehicle cost reduction up until (45K USD/Year, and each line main KPI improved by 22%). - Project follow-up and Implementation. (Worked on 4 tak-up/capcity up pjts. and 5 model-change pjts). - Problem solving activities by root cause analysis and process statistical control (solved +700 problems equal to +2080 min?Year of linestop).
