LLufthansa Services Group, based in Germany, is one of the largest airline catering companies. There are more than 32,000 direct employees (2019). The OH&S role, based in Operational Compliance, leads the strategic direction and development of the function, aligned within an integrated management system, and focused on leadership, capability and leading performance metrics. Emergency response, Business Continuity and advice to the Crisis Committee became key for the Pandemic.

Sibelco is one of the largest industrial mineral suppliers. I worked to design and implement new global Health, Safety and Sustainability functions. Aspects directly influenced were Framework, RoadMap, Behaviour-based Safety, Incident investigation, golden rules, high risk activities, performance metrics and IT.
