Develop, coordinate, and lead programs to raise the safety awareness of employees and promote a positive safety culture throughout project sites.  Monitoring the day-to-day management of Health, Safety, and Environmental issues  Participating in the follow-up and close-out of corrective actions that arise from operational activities, meetings, or audits that take place within the area of responsibility.

Develops & leads the overall Health, Safety and Environmental Management System (HSEMS) for the site. Responsibilities typically include the supervision of HSE team, leading HSEMS Management Reviews with site leadership, training employees, interacting with regulatory agencies, leading pollution prevention efforts and health and safety management and control efforts, HSE objectives/targets, regulatory compliance, as well as maintaining HSEMS/ISO 14001/ ISO 45001 certification.
