I am a hybrid recruiter who manages Direct and Vendor recruitment for CCS, DCS and ISU across the UK and Europe which includes Permanent, Contract and Temporary placements. My main specialism is technical/IT related hiring (Product Management, Solutions Architecture, Project/Programme Management, M&E to name a few) however, I do also cover roles within Sales (Account Managers, Account Executives) and Corporate (HR, Marketing, Finance).

My role was to launch and manage the employee referral scheme, work with all external suppliers to find suitable candidates, and assist hiring managers across the business with regards to interview arranging, feedback and offers. I also provided co-ordination support to the Graduate Programme Manager which included setting up assessment centres, creating interview packs and general assistance as required.
