1. Take charge of the domestic and foreign business, the inquiry of new customer and maintaining the relationship with regular customers 2. Be responsible for the arrangements and explaining the process flow and features of products when customers visit the factory 3. Operate and maintain the domestic and international online shops in Alibaba 4. Give assistance to plan and implement exhibitions of the cooperation both at home and abroad 5. Handle and solve the customers’ complaints and problems

1. Be in charge of contacting and discussing with customers on the phases and confronted problems of the project 2. Coordinate and summarize problems confronted by related department; organize the regular conference to negotiate on those problems
