Directed financial management functions including development of monthly/quarterly financial statements, financial forecasts and budgets. Oversee general accounting functions. Set up Company's policies, statutory/management reporting procedures and processes. Determine and set up control Indicators and performance KPIs.

Responsible for correcting, completing, timely recording and reporting of the revenues and revenue stream controls in order to accurately reflect the performance of Orange’s operation. Providing risk analyses on new products and services to assist management steering and decision-making. Ensuring the new products, infrastructure elements and business processes are designed and implemented in accordance to fraud and revenue assurance guidelines to minimize any losses.

Accurate and timely provision of financial information through collecting, analyzing, and summarizing accounting data to fulfill financial management requests. Handling all aspects of financial monthly reporting, including P&L, B/S and Cash Flow design and analysis, business performance and activities analysis, and month-end closing process and reporting. Suggest best practices to improve performance, adjust business model, determine new business drivers.

Responsible for all financial issues with roaming and interconnect partners starting from editing the financial parts of the agreements and ending with following up on the receivables collections from partners.
