-Providing position introductions for candidates and inviting skilled candidates for interviews. - Implementing entry procedures and offering employee orientation process.

-Providing consulting services to bank account users via telephone and the Internet, including check application inquiries, transaction assistance. - Summarizing client issues, communicating and sharing feedback with relevant personnel in charge. - Working with field researchers to understand regional inclusive financial politics and strategies in China and Germany, providing language translation, information gathering helps.

- Providing regular check for the remittance and notification services. - Verifying accuracy of personal information and declarations for insurance applications.
