In this company, I was responsible for the reception of phone calls from clients to give information about our services and products. I made statistical graphics to see the behavior of sales. I had to elaborate quotes for clients with an especial software program. I also wrote documents of consulting research projects for clients. I also kept a record of calls and clients data, among another activities

During my Internship in this American Insurance Company, I had the opportunity to develop a research project in English of about 100 pages about the Venezuelan Financial Institutional Organization. At the same time, I had the opportunity to apply my knowledge in subjects such as: Finance and accountability, translation and methodology to submit and develop research projects for foreign companies.

In this company I had the opportunity to work in the Telemarketing field. Among the tasks that I performed, there were: elaboration of T.V. commercial schedules, contact with T.V. Channels, newspapers and magazines for advertisement, elaboration of statistical graphics to measure the sales behavior, translation and elaboration of advertisement material.
