- Designing, implementing, and maintaining security protocols, policies, plans, and systems to cover all possible security threats. - Analyzing network security threats and developing security solutions to mitigate risk. - Performing vulnerability assessments to identify possible security risks. - Running risk assessment and security tests and designing countermeasures to eliminate potential risks. - Review and suggest improvements to the existing networks and security systems.

- Information security consulting involving designing, deploying, and managing various security technologies. - Deploy various security systems (NGFW, IDS/IPS, SIEM, EDR, IAM, PAM ,and NAC). - Conduct proof of concept for the security technologies and respond to technical proposal. - Prepare technical deliverables as high level architicture, low level design and As-built documents. - Suggest improvements and enhancement to existing security systems. - Technical lead of the assigned projects.

- Installing and configuring intrusion detection and prevention systems.(IDS/IPS/HIPS) systems. - Design and implement a comprehensive network intrusion detection architecture. - Managing system health, preventive maintenance, and sensors implementation. - Applying processes and procedures based on compliance standards. - Monitoring system and security event logs generated from all sensors. - Categorize security event logs by severity and notifying the concerned teams.
