Leading development of a decision framework for determining a Knowledge Management (KM) strategy in the form of a pilot project with a scalable process model to be implemented across departments for selection of KM projects.

- Lead the Retrofit and Train installation for the prototype trains and implement design solutions on the fleet of trains by setting up the train retrofit and installation program including site set up. - Production planning/develop strategies to optimise installation. - Managed a team of 40 people on-site (Installation sub-contractor and Thales Installation Engineers)

North-south /East-west Lines Resignaling 1. Interface Design team - Support System Solutions for on-board VOBC (ATC) Systems including external interfaces like TIMS,PIS etc. - Part of the Interface Design Team to support development of a complex Hardware Design (electrical/mechanical design). Lead joint technical discussions with customer, provide technical proposals for interface solutions internally and drive the proposed solutions with the Design Solution Leader in Toronto.

- Rolling Stock Interfaces management with Signalling (ATC-ATP/ATO/TDMS), Communications (TETRA,TVSS), ISCS for Downtown Line Driverless Trains. - Conduct weekly design reviews to close out various interface and design issues arising from contractual requirements and testing activities. - Testing and Commissioning of Rolling Stock in China. Provide support for Integrated Testing and sub system/type testing of Trains.

- Systems Engineer for sub-systems (Mdoors, smoke detection system, Lighting) - Integration of sub- systems with Train control system - Testing and Commissioning of sub-systems for customer approval - Started work on the MEP( Marginal Enhancement program) to identify parts and assemblies which could be marginalised in terms of cost.

Engineer (Vehicle Integration), NAT Project - Responsible for preparing and conducting type testing for coupler sway test for NAT trains. - Gained exposure with the MEP (Marginal Enhancement Program) team in their objective to carry out re-designing of parts to reduce cost margins.

Delhi Metro Project - Provided support to Methods team in Goerlitz for the production of the first trains including managing the NCR's and Change Requests. Got an excellent overview of the manufacturing process for the trains. TALENT 2- Provided support to Technical Services team to establish and facilitate the train cabling and wiring assembly.
