Processes include Learning, Recruitment & Careers Sites, Performance, Succession, Compensation, and Core Employee Lifecycle Processes connected to multiple Payrolls. Accountable for deployment of new tools and evolution of existing tools using to further automate and improve the employee experience. Including the implementation of AI/Machine Learning/Robotics.

As the Global HR Programme Manager, I led Global design, configuration and deployment of our Human Capital Management (HCM) system SuccessFactors on the HR side. The objective is to move the global business onto a single HCM tool and decommission 170 local systems, SuccessFactors in Telefónica will include Performance, Succession, Learning, Recruitment, Compensation, Workforce Planning & Analytics and Employee Central. System to be deployed in 4 Languages across 44 countries and 220 Telefónica companies

Responsible for Resourcing suppliers and various strategic projects Developed business case for outsourcing of permanent and contingent hiring across 5 countries Ran a European tender for RPO & MSP Negotiated MSP contract for Contingent hiring for UK & Germany and RPO contract for Managerial and Specialist Hiring (UK) Led Implementation of MSP (UK) Designed & implemented in-house model for Early Career Hiring across Europe Designed and delivered the employer presence at Campus Party Berlin

Vendor and relationship manager responsible for commercial delivery of our RPO partner. The contract managed all specialist hires for the UK business & European HQ. To enhance my development and support a short term business need, I also supported as an HRBP 1 day a week Managing the supplier against all aspects of the contract including SLAs and multiple KPIs. Monitoring supplier trends and adherence to contractual obligations addressing non-conformance Delivered significant improvement in key metrics
