Accountable for managing the technical training programs for Beckman Coulter associates and Channel Partners. Lead a team of at 5 technical instructors and 2 Admins. Responsible to design and implement comprehensive training strategy. Provide technical and managerial guidance to technical instructors and to curriculum. Responsible for process improvements, employee engagement, financial expense and KPIs. Apply instructional design and adult learning methodology. Drive training compliance.

In this role I am responsible to train and support our internal and channel partners Field Application Specialist. I am responsible for Europe, Middle East, South Africa, Asia and Oceania. Key aspects of this role are the ability to maintain a regular communication with the Countries to ensure efficient and fast support to our customers and also to identify the needs of implementations and work with the business units and third parties to drive continuous improvement.
