· Management of Marketing Automation journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud ensuring accurate and timely execution of all campaigns · Improving the performance of email marketing in terms of deliverability, open and click through rates, conversions, increased revenue and decreased unsubscribe rates · Assisting customers by helping troubleshoot issues identified during campaign build-out, testing, deployment and measurement phases

· Managing audiovisual localization projects for market-leading companies such as Apple, Netflix and HBO. · Continuously monitoring, reviewing and analyzing projects to ensure risks and issues are identified quickly. · Ensuring client requirements are met in terms of cost, quality and turnaround and providing customer support throughout the whole duration of the projects. · Team Leader deputy, fulfilling all functions and obligations whenever necessary.

· Translating and editing original documents from the Kulturhistorisches Museum Magdeburg from German into Spanish for the exhibition “Otto the Great and the Roman Empire. Empire from Antiquity to the Middle Ages".
