In my role I am contributing to UNFPA’s continued efforts to build a diverse and inclusive workplace that reflects the populations it serves, a workplace that fosters belonging, inclusion and engagement of all its employees. Responsible for the management and supervision of the Human Resources Assistants, I am: • Providing strategic advice and guidance on complex and sensitive cases, and recommending appropriate action in case of exceptions • Reviewing current policies, procedures and practices, and initiating or proposing amendments and improvements; drafting policy documents • Making an active contribution to staff-management relations by ensuring correct interaction of staff of the Unit with other staff of the Tribunal

• Provided strategic advice to managers and staff members on procedures and policies, drafted comprehensive reports and position papers • Ensured due management of the Court’s administration, also by taking substantive decisions when required • Developed and implemented policies and guidelines

• Streamlined the practices for leave management, official travel and conditions of service • Succeeded in dealing well with sensitive organizational issues by providing fair and balanced solutions to decision makers • Delivered creative solutions to improve efficiency and project management

• Designed a bottom-up marketing strategy to refocus the European market approach for communication and social media campaigns • Successfully established a new brand identity for Infosys Consulting and delivered proposals for development of thought leadership • Developed a global Go-to-Market proposition for the consulting division to recalibrate the existing approach, brand and strategy

• Designed international projects and operational plans with schools and institutions in 28 European States to recruit and move talents across countries in compliance with EU guidelines • Successfully collaborated with international cross-functional teams. Coordinated the deployment of projects and ensured strategic methodologies of implementation • Managed relationships with EU officials and handled marketing communications, social media and campaigns

• Drafted reports and memoranda, and served as a legal advisor to the human resources division counselling staff members on contractual status, benefits and allowances • Proposed amendments to Staff rules and regulations, implemented new policies and best practices • Prepared speaking notes and documents for the Budgetary and Administrative Committee of the Court

• Participated to massive recruitment drives, prepared overviews of the pending procedures, and provided assistance to the division on several matters pertaining to human resources management • Drafted standard operating procedures for leave management

• Composed the collective note "Settlement of disputes clauses" (A/CN.4/623) for the benefit of the International Law Commission • Contributed to the analysis and compilation of the voluminous information and documents to be reflected in the note

• Compiled daily press releases and reports on coverage of the OSCE by both monitoring the media and observing the Permanent Council; • Conducted analytical research on different issues involving the OSCE mission and checked facts regularly (i.e. Tagliavini report from the EU).

• Managed the client portfolio, drafted communication strategies, negotiated contract features and acted as intermediary with the public authorities • Drafted reports, administered the payments and dealt with marketing communication. Took part in international advertising fairs in Paris, Rome and Milan and took care of the customer relations
