Modeling of the processes (As Is/To Be) according to EPC methodology; Design and structuring of processes (N3/N4) as a Chain of Value (End to End) in Aris Bussiness Designer 9.8 Analysis of data obtained from the Celonis tool to identify and implement improvement opportunities for business processes related to the management of New Supplies, formulation of KPIs (effectiveness / efficiency).

Design and planning of the Strategic Business Plan and implementation of the plan to obtain organizational goals and objectives

Working as external in the Commercial Executive Management (YPF): Process diagram EPC graphic (As Is) in ARIS Business Designer, identify risks with their respective controls, identify process indicators. Generate procedure Level 6 and Level 7 (instructions). Identify improvement opportunities

Implementation of ISO 9001 standards (survey and characterization of the company's process map, drafting procedures and work instructions, formulation and monitoring of KPI´s, identification and closure of non-conformities, detection and implementation of improvement opportunities , training of references for the standardization of processes, management of change in the organizational culture of the company to face certification audits).
