• Performance evaluation of the new generation of Ultrasonic Flow Converters and Ultrasonic Flow Modules with regards of resolution, accuracy, signal to noise ratio, crosstalk, temperature and humidity influences, among other variables. • Planning, definition, set-up and execution of laboratory experiments. • Implementation of "UFM zero-flow system" to automate development tests by the integration of embedded system using a RPi to control the Ultrasonic Flow Module family and a temperature chamber.

The aim of the master's thesis was to characterize MEMS-based ultrasonic sensors regarding acoustic and vibration properties. Among other aspects, properties such as acoustic crosstalk, temperature influence, sensitivity of the sensor, amplitude drift and service life were examined. In addition, the function testing of the test-stand specially designed for this sensor was carried out.

- Development of fuel rail systems for the North America region, focus on validation of durability. - Successful launch into series production of more than five product variants. - Planning, execution and evaluation of tests in the test laboratory to release new products and to support serial production. - Functional risk assessment. - Responsible for the functional test laboratory. - Acquisition of new projects in close contact with North American customers.

- Optimization of production processes to increase productivity. - Establishment of the method “Total Productive Maintenance” (TPM). - Management “Control Improvement Process” (CIP) projects. - Personnel responsibility for 6 maintenance technicians. - Support for tools, devices and process development for new products.
