2nd year: Technical Team Leader for Embraer’s SAP Cloud Solutions Cell with 5 members that supports, manages, and sustains these systems and related integrations: SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Concur, SAP Ariba Sourcing, SAP Fiori, SAP Integration Suite, SAP Analytics Cloud and DocuSign. 1st year: Solution Leader that supports, manages and sustains multiple HCM systems, both from market and self-developed, with focus mainly at SAP SuccessFactors but also as a replacement at SAP HCM OnPremise Payroll.

Member of the support team and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors in Strong IT Consulting, supporting and implementing this business execution software based on cloud in several companies, including integration with other systems used by customers. I support and implement all talent modules and I also give trainings in AdHoc reporting tools, ORD and PRD, and participate in surveys, estimates, scope definitions and presentations for different clients as an SAP SuccessFactors Specialist Consultant.
