compute the benchmarking results in order to elaborate reports for the compensation and benefits program’s revision;permanent monitor of the compensation & benefits market ;support in Group Comp & Ben committee processes; implement and adapt efficiently the actual recognition systems in order to award individual outstanding contribution or exceptional achievements;provide advice and support to the Business Partners in the rewarding and recognition issues

design and supervise the implementation of HR call center and HR Portal; actively involved in preparing the content for HR portal and the content for training of the HR call center agents; design the specifications for adapting the “Vantive” CRM application for HR purpose; design the internal procedures for HR call center; involvment in HRIS project

preparing presentations for: Orange Romania Executive Committee, annually Orange Group HR Forum, HR EMEA meetings, HR Business Review, HR conferences, Group C&B Committee; involving in HR department projects ;developing a professional documents administration system;coordinating travel arrangements and business meetings;managing office resources and the flow of information;ensuring efficient communication with the HR team, the other departments and with contacts outside the company

ensuring customers overall satisfaction regarding MBR services, providing them with an efficient, professional, constant high quality and pro-active assistance; answering incoming calls for information, assistance or problem settlement regarding Dialog and ALO services according to department procedures and standards;promoting company’s image through attitude, knowledge, customer orientation and responsiveness to customer’s needs
