Coordinating all DU’s; presenting IT services to customer, financially leading account. Responsible for selling and contracting add on services, planning of outlook. Leading virtual team of about 60 technician incl. business office staff.

Leading a team of 35 persons (technical and financial). Responsible for all customer networking projects in Europe and operations support of all customer networking devices in Europe (about 23.000 seats). The team provides on-call service and NW-helpdesk functionality using tools as Perigrine (Digital Workflow) and Vantive. Responsible for education of employees and working in line with EDS QMS standards (ITIL/ GDT).
