• Conduct executive search (database, ads, other sources based on the list of vacancies) • Conduct profiling / pre-screening of candidates • Create dossiers of candidates, based on their CVs & other related documents • Draft recruitment proposals for potential clients • Prepare correspondence to clients and candidates (including follow up communications) • Train existing & new employees • Coordinate with different online job websites for advertisements • Prepare ads for clients’ requirements

• Conduct research & prepare country paper reports for the annual Association of South East Asian Chiefs of National Police conference • Member of Technical Working Group / Secretariat during important conferences, seminars, briefings and summits • Prepare crime statistics report and analysis, accomplishment reports & operations, plans and budget and program review and analysis of the directorate
