In charge of the technical functionality and quality of Sunrise SIM-cards and the corresponding Service Platforms. Lifecycle Management of OTA (Over the Air) Platform and Device Management Platform. Development of new SIM-Profiles in specific network projects for new MVNO or M2M customers. Development of the SIM-cards electrical profile and applications of new services in the LTE, NFC und Mobile Payment area (SE on UICC). Project Management.

Fault Management (2nd Level Support, Cooperation with Vendors). Planning and execution of System Modifications and Upgrades. Optimization activities (e.g. developing monitoring scripts or tools for the NOC). Preventive Maintenance to ensure and improve reliable operation Project work (Introduction of new Services and Systems)Regular on-call duty. Lead Engineer for DHCP, ACS and Support Engineer for VMS, SMSC, MMSC, WAPGW, Nokia IN, Orga IN (prepaid platform) and other VAS systems.

Technical support and deployment of hardware/software at customer sites including installation and integration. Perform diagnostic evaluation and performance on real-time and post-paid billing platforms. Work in a consultative manner with customers and peers to resolve issues and ensure that service levels are maintained on time and in budget.

As Backoffice VAS Senior Network Engineer I am responsible for the Operation, Support and Maintenance of certain Value Added Systems and Services. I take part in building up new VAS Services as well as operating the existing services, working together closely with Engineering- and Marketing departments as well as with system suppliers.
