Within UPC Romania (part of UPC Broadband group), I have coordinated operations initiatives and projects defined by the local CEO and CFO Provides strategic and tactical planning, development, evaluation, and coordination of the projects process; I have also initiated and coordinated 'Alternative payments' implementation projects, searching suppliers, evaluating solutions, coordinating cross-functional teams and monitoring the implementation.
