- Responsible for global Change and Communication activities for the Digital Ecosystem @ Bosch Global Business Services - Supporting and enabling the GBS organization in the digital transformation

- Planning & management of a global change project to restructure the Supply Chain network - Analysis of various change fields and implementation of pilot phases - Conduct of stakeholder analysis - Project management incl. resource planning & project marketing - Conception and moderation of internal events and workshops
