Development and implementation of yearly brand plans & short-term tactical initiatives, supervision over execution. Based on strategic objectives from the brand plan, develop, execute, measure & communication plans. Allocating the entire planned promotional inputs/ allocated samples for all India and coordination for timely dispatching to field force. Creating new LBLs, inputs and coordinating with vendors & designer and development of promotional scientific/ nonscientific materials.

• Working with products like Calpol, Augmentin, Neosporin,Zinetac,Calpol T , Zentel, Piriton CS,Piriton,Avamys. • Analyzing the market ,competiton and to identify opportunities and threats. • Developing informative promotional programs to address key issues ,to build relationship with customers. • Coordinating across the field force and other departments to resolve product related issues. • Fieldwork to understand the market ,evaluate an implementation of strategies and monitor competitor activities.

• Worked in Enteral Nutrition Division (Enteral Nutrition Products along with some devices)

• Worked in Cardio Diabetic Division
