People and project lead in early-stage drug discovery. I lead a team of scientists and technicians, foster innovation and implement my expertise in biologic's discovery (yeast/phage display and HTP screening, various protein modalities). My focus is on creating an inspiring and stimulating working environment to ensure the smooth execution of projects through effective cross-organization collaboration.
