•Managing Alexandria Port Automation project with the major objective of reengineering current port operations and minimizing paperwork moving it into automated reengineered workflows for more efficient port operations. •Preparing overall project plan meeting initial project requirements within initially approved time and budget. •Communicating with various project stakeholders to maintain a unified vision and managing customer expectations. •Preparing port operations KPIs for top management.

• Managing the business integration team within Alexandria Port Automation project using state of the art business integration technologies (IBM Message broker, IBM WEBSPHERE, IBM MQ). • Coordinating within various business entities within port community (port authority, customs authority, GOEIC authority, warehousing companies, container terminals) to enable a reengineered process flow replacing paper documents exchanged within those entities with (XML & EDI formats).

• Working on multiple projects serving certain business areas and developing ERP systems within maritime governmental bodies. • Those projects included systems for: o Syrian ports authorities o Damietta port authority o Alexandria port authority o Port said port authority o Port said container handling company o Egyptian navigation company o Egyptian authority for maritime safety

• Analyzing and developing internal systems to server the internal operations of the company. • Working with the top management on achieving the IT goals of the company that serves the company's strategy. • Providing continuous support and upgrade for the developed systems. • Providing IT technical support for company employees.

Working within a team of developers to develop various software applications using Visual C++, C++ and Visual Basic.
