 Ensures effective remote support services for desktop computers/operating systems, hardware repairs. Also to ensure exceptional customer service is maintained by the team members.  Providing technical support over the phone/Email/Chat to all IT users (One of the British multinational telecommunications Provider).

Senior Executive in Supply Chain and Procurement  Supervising the end to end Order Management Process for British multinational oil and gas company.  Co-ordinate with Clients, Suppliers and the other teams in IOC in order to successfully loading the order onto the application.
