Tasks: • Raw material analysis, packing and final product; • Physical and chemical analysis: protein, wet gluten, ash contain, moisture, enzymatic activity, color Pekar Test and rheological properties of dough. • Packing the analysis: color, thickness and printing for each batch. • Intern quality auditor; • Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) created and reviewed; • Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and the ISO 9001 standards implementation.

Tasks during college vacations: • Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) auditor; • GMP Implementation and employee training; • Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) reviewed; • 5S Program implemented.
