Sales analyst, with a bachelor's degree in International Economics Relations from UFMG. I have experience in sales, customer service, and marketing. Specifically, I developed skills in B2C sales (SPIN selling method), problem-solving, sales pipeline management, and CRM system. In addition, I participate in several fairs and events (both international and national), with strong public-speaking skills. I’m very interested in sales, customer experience, and corporate relations, always aligning the delivery with the business model and the client’s needs. Having worked with international teams developed my adaptability skills, alongside my fluency in English. I’m passionate about multiculturality, and all it can provide, my goal is to become a cross-cultural team leader. Excellent communication skills, I’m extremely determined, results-driven, very creative, and dynamic.
