Driving existing subsidiaries organization to approach new field of business within the new tumor workflow model combining visualization, pathology and radiotherapy steps, understanding different stakeholders’ pain and needs, and developing new digital workflow models.

Managing the Medical Division on the Italian subsidiary, developing and executing the company’s strategies, controlling and overseeing Sales, Marketing and Service operations, people and ventures. Providing strategic advice and division’s overall performance to the board. Preparing and implementing comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievements and market development activities. Delegating responsibilities and supervising the work of middle mngt providing guidance and motivation.

Supporting, driving and growing sales performance of complete Zeiss Medical Divisions in Spain, France and Italy. Working closely with the subsidiaries, improving sales performance, re-shaping organizations, focusing on proper funnel management vs market and results.

Driving and growing sales performance of Cataract and Retina Surgery Portfolio in the South and Eastern European Countries (Spain, France, Italy, Austria, EEC) and LATAM (Brazil and Mexico). Working closely with the subsidiaries, improving sales performance, re-shaping organizations, focusing on proper funnel management vs market and results.

Managing the Phacoemulsification and Vitreoretinal Reusable and Single Use Accessories Product Portfolio in the Ophthalmic Surgery Systems Division. Working very closely to R&D, Marketing Services and Sales, responsible of the definition of application-oriented and innovative products, preparation of business plans, development and implementation of market strategies, market and competition observation, supporting applicative, sales and technical questions and trainings.

The master in biomedical engineering develops an advanced preparation in: biomedical signals and images, biomedical instrumentation, electronics and informatics, rehabilitation and ergonomics, biomechanics, artificial organs and biomaterials, tissue and cell engineering, clinical management.
